I have been obese, then overweight, then healthy and now I’m back to overweight. The last year has been a real struggle but I’m ready to change my life and do this properly. I know there is no quick fix solution. This is a journey and I’m fully prepared to put in the hard work.
I’ve been running (in the loosest possible sense of the word) since June and even though I haven’t seen physical results, the improvement in my fitness keeps me going. I never thought I be a runner, but strangely that’s how I see myself now. I love to dance and I’m a yoga convert, happily dragging non-believers to class with me.
I used to hate the idea of the gym, but since summer ‘11 my moto has been to just-keep-gymming, I know it’ll be worth it in the end. Good luck to everyone on your weight loss journeys, I know we can do it! :)
